Netballers Toe the Line

As always the netball tournament at the ClubsNSW Academy Games started off with a bang.

The netball competition between academies is incredibly fierce, with some absolutely superb athletes taking to the court and showcasing perfectly executed skills and talent.

Both Division 1 and Division 2 competitions ensured that this year would be no exception, all day girls pushed themselves to the absolute limits and put on an amazing performance for dozens of spectators, showing them what netball looks like at such an elite level.

The Central Coast Grammar School is playing host to the Division 1 competition and the Division 2 girls creating waves at Niagara Park Youth Centre, where the girls can be seen battling it out on court in round-robin tournaments.

The netball competition was also fortunate to receive support from the Central Coast Heart Premier League team, who visited the Grammar School to offer teams support and encouragement.

It’s going to be an incredibly tough final day of competition tomorrow for both divisions, with such close games all-round. We wish the best of luck to all the academies competing tomorrow.
